Yes, exactly.

Whoever speaks a polysyllabic language (as you call it) can think better than one who speaks a monosyllabic language

No, I meant those people who use polysyllabic writing systems such as the Germans, the Koreans, etc... are highly capable of abstract and collective thinking. Any language on earth is a POLYSYLLABIC language, so all the peoples speak polysyllabic languages. Vietnamese is no exception. Yet, the monosyllabic writing system we are now using, in one way or another, has incapacitated the very same capacities in those who solely read the current Vietnamese monosyllabic scripts.

First, I have to tell you that your eye doesn't take in each syllabe a time; it takes in a group of syllabes (or words) a time, and so does your brain. It doesn't matter which languages. You would know this if you have taken a rapid reading course.

This is exactly what I write in Vietnamese2020 Writing Reform Proposal. Regretly, the excerpt "Cáchviết đaâmtiết làmgiàu tưduy" missed that point. (At least we do have something in common to agree on, right?)

Let's compare:

1) Informationssystemverarbeitung,

2) information system processing,

3) xử lý bằng hệ thống truyền thông tin học (tạm dịch),

4) xửlý bằng hệthống truyềnthông tinhọc (tạm dịch),

and

5) xửlýbằnghệthốngtruyềnthôngtinhọc

which way of writing do you think is much easier for the brain to absorb faster?

Most of them already possess knowledge of a foreign language and that must be written in a polysyllabic system for sure. That's is what I try to get the message across in "Cáchviết đaâmtiết làmgiàu tưduy." Unfortunately, those outstanding individuals are the rare 10 in 80,000, 000 or 20 in 80,000, 000 people, not equally distributed across the population.

Also, I did not say Vietnamese is poor, but only that its monosyllabic writing system does not reflect the true nature of the spoken language and neither does it foster the abstract and collective way of thinking that a polysyllabic system conveys via its highly symbolistic shape, which results in a faster cognitive acquition of information.

Finally, for who thinks that Vietnamese is polysyllabic, these are for you. I doubt that you can stick any two word together using your method.
